Hi, I'm Juliette.

I'm a highly qualified Bangkok based nutritionist and I believe real food has the power to support and extend life.

 

Both of my parents passed away from serious health conditions that were significantly influenced by diet and lifestyle. I truly believe that with better guidance — and a deeper understanding of how food affects the body — their illnesses could have progressed more slowly, and their time with us could have been longer.

That clarity became my calling.

Their experience is the reason I decided to study nutrition, for the benefit of my own family, and yours.

I apply everything I teach within my own home, and I help others do the same.

If I can help even one family avoid the loss I experienced, this work is worth everything.

Nearly a decade ago, I chose to study nutrition, not trends or product marketing, but the real science of what nourishes us and what harms us.
